Once we receive your order, we will send an order acknowledgement and order confirmation email. Orders will only be dispatched from our warehouse one you receive a confirmation email from us.

Exchange rates are based on today’s market exchange rate (powered by openexchangerates.org) and are for reference purposes only. The final transaction is conducted in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD$), which is pegged to USD at USD$1 = HKD$7.76. Your credit card company may charge you an international conversion fee.

For China and HK deliveries, free shipping with any order of a coat.
For all other countries, free shipping with minimum order of 2 coats.

All oba merchandise is exchangeable with all original tags and packaging within one month of purchase date. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us at email@example.com, indicating reason for exchange or return. We will reply within 48 hours with return shipping instructions.
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. They must be returned in their original packaging and in original condition, with all components, including but not limited to: hangers, polybags, hang tags on garments, dust bags, cases and gift boxes.
Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. Items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
We do need you to bear the return shipping costs, but we will send every exchange back to you at no additional cost (via standard shipping) However, if the return is due to an item being delivered damaged or an incorrect item being shipped to you, please let us know and we will refund the return shipping cost into your account.
Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. You will receive a full refund if the faulty item cannot be repaired or replaced.
